When I was 10, my dad asked me to find a hobby. Shortly after announcing that I “wanted to knit and crochet and stuff like that”, I was given 2 balls of red acrylic yarn, a set of 14” Boye aluminum needles (it was the 70’s) and two “Teach Yourself to Knit” books. Almost 40 years later, I am still knitting. I live in central Indiana with my husband, 2 children, and too many animals. You can find me on ravelry as knitwitkim or at imgonnatellmom.blogspot.com, where I blog with my sisters.
